Now Hiring: Weekend Caregivers – Charlottesville and Surrounding Areas ($100 Sign-On Bonus)

Trove Home Care is seeking dependable and compassionate Weekend Caregivers, PCAs, CNAs, and HHAs in Charlottesville, Crozet, Greenwood, Palmyra, Ruckersville, Scottsville, and nearby communities. We provide high-quality, one-on-one non-medical home care and companionship for seniors and individuals with special needs.

This is an urgent need to fill position. New hires will receive a $100 Sign-On Bonus, paid through our bi-weekly auto pay after completing 80 hours of work.

Pay Range: $18–$25 per hour, depending on certification, experience, and case complexity.

What You’ll Do:
Provide personalized, non-medical care in clients’ homes. Responsibilities may include companionship, transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assistance with personal care (for PCAs/CNAs/HHAs).

What We’re Looking For:

• PCA, CNA, or HHA certification preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate attitude
• Must pass background and reference screening
