We’re currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and experienced caregivers to join our team in Charlottesville and nearby areas including Crozet, Palmyra, Ruckersville, and Scottsville. Start with flexible hours and the opportunity to grow into a consistent client schedule based on your availability and strengths.

What You’ll Do

As a Trove caregiver, you’ll provide supportive, non-medical care in clients’ homes. Care needs vary by client — from companionship to personal care — and we match you accordingly.

You may assist with:

• Companionship & Engagement
• Transportation (errands, appointments, outings)
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation & light cooking
• Light housekeeping & homemaking tasks
• Dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Feeding assistance
• Ambulation and transferring
• Bathing and toileting support
• Incontinence care

What We’re Looking For

• Individuals with active (preferred) or expired CNA license
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
• Active driver’s license and valid car insurance
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Compassion, patience, and emotional maturity
• Dependability and professionalism
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
• Must pass background check and reference screening
