We’re currently hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our amazing team of caregivers in Waynesboro, VA and surrounding areas: Greenwood, Crozet, Afton and more! Start with a flexible schedule and grow into a steady client routine based on your availability and strengths. We match caregivers thoughtfully to clients to ensure satisfaction on both sides.

What You’ll Do

As a Trove caregiver, you’ll provide supportive, non-medical care in clients’ homes. Care needs vary by client — from companionship to personal care — and we match you accordingly.

You may assist with:

• Companionship & Engagement
• Transportation (errands, appointments, outings)
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation & light cooking
• Light housekeeping & homemaking tasks
• Dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Feeding assistance
• Ambulation and transferring
• Bathing and toileting support
• Incontinence care

What We’re Looking For

• Individuals with active (preferred) or expired CNA license
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
• Active driver’s license and valid car insurance
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Compassion, patience, and emotional maturity
• Dependability and professionalism
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
• Must pass background check and reference screening
