Job Description
Troy Medicare is currently looking for a Territory Manager; this individual is responsible for managing providers, pharmacies, and Senior members (both current and potential) that are part of Troy Medicare within an assigned area. Territory Managers will work with seniors (and those aging into the Medicare system) to help them understand Medicare insurance and their options.
Territory Managers will ensure that pharmacies and provider offices are engaged in the care coordination for each member. They support the enrollment process for Troy members to have a smooth onboarding process and will address any challenges that occur throughout the lifetime of being a Troy member. The Territory Manager keeps teams updated regarding provider network developments, performance targets, and knowledge to achieve their goals.
The Territory Manager will meet daily and weekly call volume, enrollment goals, and engagement goals. Additionally, they will be expected to build strong relationships across the Troy Medicare organization. While this is a remote position, it does require local travel within the assigned territory to visit pharmacies, attend community events and visit provider offices. A computer and training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a strong relationship with key pharmacies and providers to promote enrollment and resolve issues.
Assist pharmacies with enrollment process guidelines and training as needed.
Make calls to potential senior members to generate enrollment
Assist seniors by answering enrollment questions.
Receive inbound calls from seniors interested in enrolling in Troy Medicare.
Call and visit physician offices in person to ask them about joining the Troy Medicare network.
Provide rapid feedback to Troy Medicare’s team to address issues proactively.
Help seniors with issues or questions related to claims, bills, places to receive care, and other customer support challenges.
Requirements:
1 year of healthcare support experience (e.g. collections, scheduling, customer service and/or billing in a dental office physician's office, hospital, or pharmacy), previous Medicare or healthcare sales experience, social services with senior population, or counseling experience.
A valid and unrestricted driver's license with reliable transportation, required.
Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship, required.
Obtain a North Carolina insurance license within 30-days, company paid.
$45,000 annual salary
