Travel Nurse Practitioner (Contractor)

Conducting In-Home Evaluations

Hickory, NC

The Travel Nurse Practitioner will perform comprehensive assessments, which are consistent with annual wellness visits, in the patient's home. The Travel Nurse Practitioner works to assess and evaluate the health of our members to ensure they are connected to needed services and support. The Travel Nurse Practitioner follows established clinical and coding guidelines.

Troy Medicare started in Concord, North Carolina when our founders saw so many people increasingly unable to afford their prescriptions. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive and easy-to-understand Medicare plan for every single member.
