About TruCut Incorporated

TruCut is the leading supplier of service parts for the HVAC industry. On behalf of our OEM partners, we produce and ship thousands of private-labeled, genuine OEM parts and assemblies to contractors and distributors across the Western Hemisphere. Additionally, we help our partners navigate their supply chain challenges by supplementing their manufacturing lines and providing the crucial support for small to medium-run production needs. Our goal is to be invaluable to our partners and invisible to their customers so our clients can focus on what they do best.

Types of Things You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be the data wizard who helps us make smarter decisions, streamline operations, and unleash the power of AI across the organization. You’ll work closely with teams to understand their needs, build cool tools like dashboards and models, and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Some of the work you’ll be doing includes:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports that turn raw data into game-changing insights for business decisions.
  • Diving deep into data analysis to spot trends, uncover opportunities, and flag areas where we can level up.
  • Building, implementing, and tweaking AI-driven models to automate processes, boost efficiency, and deliver actionable intel.
  • Teaming up with business stakeholders to get a handle on their data and analytics needs, making sure your solutions hit the mark on company goals.
  • Keeping an eye on AI models and BI processes, evaluating them regularly, and making improvements to keep things cutting-edge.
  • Sharing your tech know-how by training and supporting teams on data tools and AI solutions.
  • Documenting your methods, processes, and best practices so everyone can follow along easily.
  • Getting a solid grasp of our ERP systems and business processes to support our existing tech and data setup.

Types of Things You Won’t Be Doing

You won’t be drowning in outdated spreadsheets or siloed data chaos. We don’t do endless meetings without purpose or tolerate tech that doesn’t deliver real value. You also won’t be going it alone—our Enterprise Data Solutions Manager will be your guide and collaborator.

How We Define Success in This Role

Success here means you’re curious, analytical, and reliable. People know they can count on you to dig into problems, communicate findings clearly, and drive results that matter. You’ll thrive if you’re a strategic thinker who balances big-picture vision with hands-on execution, all while being collaborative and adaptable.

What We’d Like From You

Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or something similar—a master’s is a nice bonus. You’ve got 3-5 years under your belt in business intelligence, data analytics, and AI modeling, with proven skills in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik. You’re strong in SQL, comfy with Python or R for analytics, and have real experience building and rolling out AI/ML models. Familiarity with AI platforms and cloud setups (think Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud) is key, along with top-notch problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills. Bonus points for manufacturing industry experience, AI or BI certifications, and ERP/CRM know-how.

What You’ll Get in Return

We offer:

  • A competitive wage based on experience and skills.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Supplemental insurance availability.
  • 401(k) with 4% match.
  • Gainsharing bonuses of up to 15%.
  • A company-funded $25,000 life insurance policy.
  • Paid holidays (8, or 9 if you’re a veteran!) and PTO.
  • Tuition reimbursement for job-related continuing education.
  • A positive, stable work environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work—and eating donuts on Fridays.

Who Are Your Coworkers?

You’ll be working with down-to-earth, smart, and driven people who care about their work and their coworkers. We’re a team of problem-solvers, DIYers, parents, musicians, coaches, travelers, and people who believe in doing great work and treating others with respect.
