About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Events Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in SaaS or B2B events. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of tradeshows, lunch & learns, and internal events. You will ensure every event is delivered seamlessly, on time, and aligned with business goals.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate all logistics for tradeshows (booth setup, shipping, travel, materials) 
  • Manage vendors and event organizers 
  • Ensure seamless onsite execution and post-event follow-up 
  • Support lead capture and CRM tracking (HubSpot/SFDC) 
  • Execute local market events to support pipeline generation 
  • Support in planning and coordinating internal meetings, offsites, and team events  
  • Track budgets and maintain cost efficiency 
  • Maintain organized documentation of all events 
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align events with GTM priorities 
  • Support CRM updates and event tracking 
  • Assist with event communications and promotions 

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of event coordination experience (SaaS or B2B preferred) 
  • Experience supporting tradeshows, field events, or similar programs 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills 
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, SFDC or similar CRM is a plus
