CRM Architect & Support Lead

We’re on a mission to help every family leave their legacy with a fast, easy, and secure way to create, manage, and distribute their estate plan online. Since 2017, we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of families plan for their future with a streamlined and intuitive approach that makes estate planning simple, affordable, and accessible. We’re backed by leading names in venture capital including Jackson Square Ventures, Link Ventures, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest, Halogen Ventures, and more.

About You:

Our RevOps team is on a mission to reduce friction and unlock growth. You’ll be the one translating strategic intent into operational execution — helping us get more out of HubSpot, and giving our sales and marketing teams the visibility they need to thrive.

We’re looking for a proactive and systems-minded RevOps Specialist to join our growing Revenue Operations team. This role is more than just CRM support — you’ll dig into the mess, rebuild the machine, and lay the operational foundation that fuels growth.

You'll partner closely with the RevOps & Enablement Manager to turn strategy into execution, shaping the structure of our HubSpot CRM, optimizing workflows, and bringing clarity to chaos across our revenue funnel.

This is a perfect fit for someone who’s eager to roll up their sleeves, build scalable processes, and make a lasting impact on how our teams operate.

About the Role:

HubSpot Infrastructure & Process Design

  • Redesign and maintain HubSpot workflows, properties, and pipeline architecture to support evolving GTM needs.
  • Build and manage automation with a balance of scale, flexibility, and simplicity.
  • Own troubleshooting and CRM-related support tickets, acting as the first line of defense.

CRM Data Management & Governance

  • Conduct ongoing audits to improve CRM hygiene and accuracy
  • Standardize field usage, deduplicate records, and define input validation protocols
  • Manage data import/export flows with proper segmentation, formatting, and compliance

Sales Reporting & Performance Insights

  • Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and leadership
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting on pipeline health, funnel performance, and key revenue metrics
  • Partner with RevOps Manager to translate strategic goals into trackable CRM metrics

Cross-Functional Process Enablement

  • Document key SOPs and ensure process alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS
  • Assist in onboarding and enablement related to HubSpot workflows and reporting tools
  • Support QA and testing of new processes and features prior to deployment

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or CRM admin roles (ideally in B2B SaaS or fast-paced tech)
  • Advanced HubSpot experience — especially workflow design, pipeline configuration, reporting, and automation
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to zoom into the details and zoom out to system-level thinking
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with tools like Google Sheets/Excel
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and getting things done cross-functionally

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience with ThoughtSpot, Looker, or Tableau
  • Experience in a high-growth environment where CRM scaling was required
  • Prior involvement in a CRM re-architecture or system migration
  • Understanding of how CRM structure impacts marketing automation, sales execution, and revenue forecasting
