Social Manager & Content Creator

Trust & Will, the leading estate planning platform, is looking for a passionate social media expert to grow our presence across all of our social platforms. Our social channel performance has been steadily improving and we are in search of the right person to translate our efforts into conversion. As a creative, results-driven social media pro, you’ll design our content strategy, manage our accounts, and lead social brand campaigns with the support of our Creative & Content team.


About You:

You are looking for a role where you can take the reins on social content and see engagement increase thanks to your creativity and expertise. You know how to start with a spark and grow it into a real blaze when it comes to brand buzz through social media tactics. You’re great at managing your responsibilities, communicating clearly, and hitting deadlines. You’ve done this before and you’re looking for a place where you can stretch your wings with a supportive team and a great brand and mission as a foundation. You like the fast pace of social media and are capable of pivoting based on performance metrics, current events, or the ever-changing landscape of trends. You’re comfortable with multiple roles of content creation: on-camera, filming, and directing.


About the Role:

  • Drive the brand voice by developing and executing a social media strategy tailored to each channel that supports the company’s larger marketing initiatives and goals.
  • Develop and manage social media content across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
  • From your developed concepts, film and edit video content.
  • Through regular reporting, measure the performance of all content and social media advertising and analyze to determine larger trends, areas of opportunity, and necessary adjustments to strategy.
  • Produce content that drives engagement with our website and Learn Center, increasing social media click-through rate.
  • Grow our community and brand presence by  engaging with wider trends and participating in social media conversations
  • Use AI tools to scale and innovate on content production
  • Discover opportunities for influencer partnerships and manage influencer relationships and content
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders including senior management and content developers.
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Sprout Social.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to manage content strategy and posting for our B2B marketing team.
  • Follow and report on social media trends, discerning appropriate trends for the brand and executing in time.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing brand content on social media
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills, including copywriting, editing, and video production
  • An eagle-eye attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of media, technology, and consumer services
  • Ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with new and existing partners and industry counterparts
  • Skilled at crafting content that tells a story in the Trust & Will voice and connects with the intended audience
  • Strong strategic presentation, analytics, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms

    • Our salary range for this position is $85,000-$115,000.
