We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our CEO and COO, in close partnership with the Chief of Staff. This is a critical role that ensures our executive leaders can focus on driving strategic initiatives by managing the flow of their day-to-day priorities.
You’ll handle complex scheduling, communications, and logistics, and play a key role in coordinating internal and external engagements. This role is based in Dallas, TX, with an expectation of in-person presence aligned with executive schedules and company needs.

About the Role:
Executive Support
- Manage dynamic calendars for the CEO and COO, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and optimizing for shifting priorities.
- Prepare daily and weekly briefs, meeting agendas, and background materials to ensure executives are prepared and focused.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reports.
- Oversee email and LinkedIn inboxes, flagging urgent items, drafting responses, and tracking follow-ups.
- Support logistics for speaking engagements, conference appearances, and other external-facing responsibilities.
- Serve as a liaison for local community relationships and key external contacts.
Business Operations & Cross-Functional Support
- In partnership with the Chief of Staff, assist with coordinating executive summits, company all-hands, offsites, and team events.
- Partner with the People team to support employee experience efforts such as weekly announcements, wiki maintenance, and company swag logistics.
- Provide administrative support on special projects and internal initiatives, including documentation, scheduling, and task tracking.
Trusted Partnership
- Act as a reliable, professional representative of the executive office—internally and externally.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and COO, removing roadblocks and solving problems before they escalate.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all aspects of the role.
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure coordination across leadership workflows and evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or operational support role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, professional tone.
- Highly organized and dependable, with a track record of sound judgment and problem-solving.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and similar tools; quick to adopt new technology.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience working in a tech company and/or high-growth startup
- Familiarity with event planning logistics, including coordinating company offsites or leadership retreats.
- Ability to draft high-quality written communications on behalf of executive leaders.
- Prior experience working in a hybrid or partially remote team structure.

- Our salary range for this position is $72,000 - $97,000, in addition to compensation we also include an employee equity package as a component of our offer along with other benefits and perks outlined below.
