Role Overview
We're hiring a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to drive revenue and brand growth across product marketing, content creation and distribution, demand generation, sales enablement, and events. This is a highly dynamic, multifaceted role where you'll operate as a startup strategic executor, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution across multiple disciplines. You'll translate Trustible's technical AI governance capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with senior buyers across AI, IT, legal, compliance, and risk teams, while building scalable marketing systems using AI to amplify your impact and accelerate pipeline generation.
This role requires deep proficiency in leveraging AI tools to scale content creation, campaign execution, and marketing operations. You'll be expected to understand and apply cutting-edge AI capabilities to 10x your output and effectiveness. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role that requires someone who can move fast, wear multiple hats, and thrive in ambiguity—all with an obsessive focus on driving measurable revenue growth.
What You'll Do
Product Marketing (Key Strength)
- Own product messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation for Trustible's AI governance platform—creating high-impact go-to-market assets that accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates
- Lead full lifecycle product launches and develop industry-specific content for key verticals (financial services, insurance, healthcare, defense, manufacturing) that directly support pipeline generation
Content Creation & Distribution
- Create and scale diverse content types using AI tools to dramatically increase output quality and velocity across blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, customer stories, and thought leadership that drive inbound leads and brand awareness
- Position Trustible as a practical, business-first AI governance leader through strategic storytelling and multi-channel distribution that expands market reach
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Design and execute integrated campaigns and account-based marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline growth across awareness, consideration, and decision stages
- Track and optimize campaign performance with ruthless focus on pipeline influence, conversion rates, and ROI to maximize revenue impact
Sales Enablement
- Enable sales and partners with training, field playbooks, objection handling, competitive battle cards, and presentation materials that resonate with C-suite buyers and shorten sales cycles
- Partner closely with sales leadership to understand field needs and iterate on enablement materials based on win/loss insights to improve conversion rates
Events & Field Marketing
- Plan and execute event strategy including conferences, webinars, executive roundtables, and develop event assets that generate qualified leads and advance pipeline opportunities
- Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budget allocation with clear ROI tracking and revenue attribution
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in marketing roles, with at least 3+ years doing product marketing at a B2B tech startup
- Deep AI proficiency for marketing execution: demonstrated track record using AI tools (LLMs, content generation, automation platforms) to dramatically scale marketing output, quality, and efficiency
- Familiarity with legal tech, cybersecurity, compliance tech, GRC, or AI tech landscape and proven experience messaging into C-suite personas (GC/CCO/CRO/CTO/CEO/CPO)
- Strategic executor mindset: comfortable balancing strategy (~20%) with hands-on execution (~80%). You thrive in the weeds and ship high-quality work fast
- Design and production skills: working knowledge of Canva (need to have), Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar tools to prototype and iterate on marketing materials alongside design firm
- Entrepreneurial spirit: comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and wearing multiple hats in a startup environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $140,000–$200,000 (depending on experience, skill level, location, and qualifications assessment during the interviewing process)
