Key Responsibilities
- Work with CEO to develop and execute a sales pipeline strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Manage the sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiations and contract closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision makers
- Build and deliver powerful presentations and proposals to prospective customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including co-founders, product and marketing – to ensure customers’ success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6-10 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and clearly communicate complex concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for Responsible AI and its potential to drive positive business and societal impact
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
