📣 Sales Development Representative (LATAM – Remote)
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, methodical, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Colombia or elsewhere in LATAM to generate qualified meetings and fill the pipeline for our Account Executives.
This isn't a "follow the script" job. We want someone who brings their own outbound frameworks, understands how to work the system, and can demonstrate their approach to outbound success.
You’ll drive a modern multi-channel strategy—using calls, emails, social outreach, and sequences built in Outreach.io—to create real connections with U.S.-based prospects.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute outbound campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and more
- Bring your own tested frameworks for messaging, sequencing, and lead management—and adapt them to TrustLayer's strategy
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoff and clear notes in CRM
- Drive 50–100 outbound activities daily across all channels, hitting both volume and quality metrics
- Work primarily within Outreach.io to manage sequences, templates, tasks, and reporting
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to constantly optimize messaging, ICP focus, and meeting quality
- Share best practices openly and help shape the outbound motion as we scale
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of B2B outbound experience in SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or tech-enabled services
- Can show us your outbound playbook (sequences, cadences, templates, strategies)
- Are an Outreach.io power user (or have experience with similar tools like Salesloft)
- Know how to create multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that cut through the noise
- Are confident speaking with executives and can tailor messaging by persona
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with a bias toward action
- Are highly organized, coachable, and obsessed with iterating toward better results
- Can work U.S. business hours (EST/CST overlap)

- Base: Competitive for LATAM markets, paid in USD
- Commission: Uncapped — top performers earn $2,000–$5,000+/month
- Type: Full-time contractor (with the option to transition via Deel or similar)
- Location: 100% remote — based in Colombia or elsewhere in LATAM
- Schedule: U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central preferred)
