Role: E-Commerce Specialist
FLSA: Full Time | Exempt | Salaried | Remote (US)
Reports to: Demand Generation Manager
Scope of Position: The E-Commerce Specialist is a high-impact, results-driven role responsible for managing the full digital purchasing experience for Trustwell’s e-commerce channel, supporting three core products: Food Processor, AskReg, and Genesis Foods.
This role owns e-commerce strategy, execution, and performance across the end-to-end funnel including product merchandising, digital storefront optimization, cart experience, checkout flows, pricing alignment, and post-purchase follow-up. The E-Commerce Specialist is directly accountable for driving online revenue and owns the associated marketing budget to support customer acquisition and growth.
Reporting into the marketing organization, this role partners closely with Product, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless and high-converting self-serve path for self-service customers. The ideal candidate has experience managing SaaS or digital product sales via e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive performance across paid media, CRO, and merchandising levers.
