About this role 
Type: Hourly; W2 Flex Worker  
Location: United States, Remote 

The Project Manager (PM) plays a crucial role in cultivating enduring client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and fostering collaborative partnerships. Responsibilities include developing and managing project schedules and costs, coordinating with client stakeholders, managing project teams, and meeting deliverables. The PM also plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and schedule. 
 
The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive skill set, blending organizational and leadership capabilities with strong communication skills, contributing significantly to the organization's efficiency and growth.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage end-to-end learning projects from project initiation to project close.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Develop. manage and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, deliverables, milestones, goals and success metrics that meet timelines and budget.
  • Facilitate project meetings and check-ins keeping team members and stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and changes.
  • Monitor and track project progress and ensure milestone achievement.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and issues, and devise contingency plans.
  • Implement risk management plans and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
EXPERIENCE + SKILLS        
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a L+D environment.  
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. 
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Highly driven with strong follow-through and a focus on owning the outcome.  
  • Experience working with project teams, SMEs and executive level personnel. 
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate or professional training environment.
