Product Success Manager (Football)

We are looking for a dynamic Football Product Success Manager to serve as the trusted advisor and strategic partner to Division I football programs using Teamworks. This role exists to ensure football organizations maximize their investment in Teamworks by deeply understanding their operational workflows, driving adoption across their staff, and continuously expanding the value delivered through our platform. The Product Success team quarterbacks customer onboarding, relationship management, training, and long-term value realization, ensuring successful product adoption and usage throughout the customer lifecycle.


This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join the team leading the digital transformation of college football operations and to serve football programs at one of the most exciting companies in sports tech.


Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Own relationships, value delivery, and renewals across your football customer base, build trust with staff at all levels, and demonstrate measurable ROI that drives successful renewals
  • Lead seamless implementations that set programs up for immediate success-configure Teamworks Hub to match each program's unique workflows and operational needs
  • Drive pipeline generation and product expansion-identify cross-sell opportunities by connecting Teamworks products to specific program pain points and goals
  • Master product functionality and deliver engaging training-execute hands-on sessions for football staffs of all sizes, ensuring confident adoption across the entire program
  • Serve as the Teamworks Hub expert with deep knowledge of complementary products, stay current on roadmaps, industry trends, and emerging operational challenges
  • Provide proactive account leadership aligned to the football calendar-anticipate risks and opportunities during spring ball, fall camp, recruiting periods, and bowl season
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share customer insights, influence product roadmap, and drive go-to-market strategy

Compensation Philosophy:

For this role, the compensation range is $100,000-$125,000, with your final offer determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance. Every Teamworks teammate is an owner, with equity aligning your success with ours.
