Product Success Manager (AMS) - LATAM

We are looking for a driven, conscientious Product Success Manager to manage various client projects, including stakeholder engagement, needs analysis, reporting, requirement scoping, and data management. The person in this role will combine technical problem-solving and ingenuity to provide exceptional client solutions.

Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Build deep, strategic relationships with customers by understanding their goals and how AMS and other Teamworks products support their operations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in AMS product functionality and clearly communicate technical capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead project management efforts for customer implementations, including planning, reporting, and engagement strategies.
  • Support platform success by troubleshooting issues, testing features, and collaborating cross-functionally on solutions.
  • Analyze customer data and surface insights that drive better performance outcomes and deeper value realization.
  • Serve as a customer advocate internally, influencing product development and customer success strategies based on feedback and learnings.

Player Profile - What You Bring to the Team:

  • 3+ years of experience in high-performance environments, particularly within professional soccer or rugby organizations.
  • Deep understanding of elite sports performance technologies, including GPS tracking (e.g., Catapult, StatSport, VX Sport) and force plates (e.g., Vald, Hawkin Dynamics, Exos).
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate and interpret complex datasets to produce actionable insights.
  • Fluent in Spanish with experience supporting clients or teams in Latin America.
  • Familiarity with performance team workflows and long-term athlete development models.

  • Hands-on experience supporting elite-level teams in rugby or soccer, especially in the LATAM region.
  • Proficiency in synthesizing performance data (e.g., GPS, force plate) into strategic reports for coaching and medical teams.
  • Track record of supporting the rollout and adoption of technology solutions in professional sports organizations.
  • Understanding of client success frameworks, relationship management best practices, and collaboration across time zones and cultures.

Compensation Philosophy:

For this role, the salary range/target is $75,000-100,000 with your final offer determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance. Every Teamworks teammate is an owner, with equity aligning your success with ours.
