The Opportunity
Enterprise at Teamworks is where proven success meets unlimited potential. While we've established strongholds across professional sports, there's a massive opportunity ahead: conferences ready to modernize, motorsports hungry for performance tech, Olympic organizations seeking integration, agencies looking for a competitive edge, and markets across Canada and beyond. As our Senior Account Executive for Enterprise, you'll take what works and scale it into segments where we're building momentum, pioneering new relationships, proving our platform's versatility across diverse sports, and turning emerging opportunities into transformational partnerships. This isn't about working a warm book of business. It's about taking the ball and making plays in markets where the playbook is still being written.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, prospecting into new and emerging markets, running demos across diverse sports, and closing strategic, multi-stakeholder deals. Your wins will expand our footprint, unlock new revenue streams, and help shape the next phase of growth across multiple sports segments.

Who Thrives Here
You don't wait for direction-you create momentum. You thrive in ambiguity, equally comfortable cold calling a motorsports exec as presenting to Olympic leadership. You're organized enough for pristine CRM documentation and persuasive enough to move executives to action. You stay cool under pressure, think strategically, and adapt fast. You hold yourself to high standards, embrace calculated risks, and are energized by building something from the ground up. You're aligned with our values: honesty, humility, hard work, commitment, innovation, and exceptionalism.
