Marketing & Creative Design Intern

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing & Creative Design Intern to support our growing design team in delivering high-quality digital and marketing assets. You’ll play a key role in supporting major initiatives while gaining hands-on experience with production-level work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


This is an excellent opportunity for a rising design talent to contribute to high-impact projects while developing real-world skills across marketing, tech, and sports-focused campaigns.


Game Plan - How You’ll Drive Impact:

  • Contribute high-quality graphics for social content, landing pages, presentations, and go-to-market assets aligned with brand standards.
  • Assist with the design of event-themed materials, promotional campaigns, and web graphics for initiatives such as the Teamworks Human Performance Summit.
  • Contribute to design systems and templated layouts across print and digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house designers to take direction and iterate on design feedback.
  • Help integrate visual elements into webpages or forms as needed using tools like Figma or basic HTML/CSS.
  • Support the marketing team in delivering consistent, visually engaging materials for product and B2B SaaS-related campaigns.


Player Profile – What You Bring to the Team:

  • Experience in Figma is mandatory; must be comfortable designing full layouts, social media assets, and web-ready graphics in a production environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, and brand consistency across digital and print touchpoints.
  • Exposure to or coursework in marketing, tech marketing, or sports marketing.
  • High attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to work within structured templates and brand systems.
  • Experience or commitment to improving proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to assist with basic web development tasks such as building or integrating marketing web pages using tools like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with motion design/animation tools like Jitter or After Effects 
  • Strong interest in the sports industry or experience designing for athletic campaigns.
  • Ability to contribute to marketing presentations and visually dynamic slide decks.
