(Senior) Product Success Manager (GM) - Remote

We are looking for a collaborative, flexible Product Success Manager to ensure that Teamworks’ reputation for strong relationship building, customer experience, and service in the industry remains an overwhelming competitive advantage. The Product Success team quarterbacks customer onboarding, ensuring successful product adoption and usage from the outset of every partnership. 


This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join the team leading the digital transformation of student-athlete development and to serve athletics industry customers at one of the most exciting companies in sports tech.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Product team and Go-To-Market leadership in executing customer participation in our Early Access Program for this new product, providing white-glove service to customers and frequent product feedback to internal teams.
  • Quarterback customer onboarding and ensure successful product adoption and usage throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Own the customer onboarding and implementation process for the Teamworks GM product.
  • Partner with the Customer Success Manager to ensure that implementation plans accelerate customer time to value. 
  • Master product functionality and execute training plans that enable customers to become product experts.
  • Organize and track implementation progress for internal stakeholders and customer visibility.
  • Monitor health metrics around customer engagement and satisfaction to confirm implementation success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with collegiate stakeholders to expand product usage throughout the lifetime of the partnership.
  • Develop cross-functional internal partnerships and educate stakeholders on external learnings.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in collegiate athletics, with 3+ years in team general management, finance, or player personnel role. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in account management, customer success and/or SaaS.
  • Experience with Teamworks Operations or NIL/Branding products.
