We are looking for a strategic, driven General Manager to own business outcomes and objectives for the Teamworks Performance Category. The leader in this role will define the category product and go-to-market strategy, oversee a portfolio of products, and partner cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder alignment.
This position requires a deep understanding of the elite athletics market, strong business acumen, rich experience in product management, the ability to align product strategy with overall company goals, and the ability to evangelize internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and catalyze action through a strong and compelling vision.

Responsibilities
- Define & Execute Category Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the product category that aligns with company objectives and maximizes growth opportunities.
- Drive Business Outcomes: Accountability for the growth and success of all products within the Performance category, including meeting or exceeding ARR targets and other key business metrics.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Represent the product category and own all communications between the product category, cross-functional leaders, and external stakeholders. Is able to navigate complex customer dynamics easily, set clear expectations, define external roadmaps, and build trust with key customers.
- Product Management Leadership & Product OKR Oversight: Manage and mentor PMs in your direct reporting line, setting high expectations regarding our approach to the SDLC and overall process. Set business objectives for each product with the PMs and ensure they make progress and meet objectives.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Strategy, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market strategies for all products in the category.
- Market Intelligence Synthesis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product strategy, identify growth opportunities, and position the product category optimally.
- Strategic Business Development: Drive partnership and strategic business development opportunities, mastering the ability to evangelize via product demonstrations and communication of value propositions for strategic accounts and opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze product and category performance using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Innovation Leadership & Vision: Foster a culture of innovation within the category, encouraging new ideas and approaches to solve customer problems and drive growth. Cast the external and internal vision for the category.

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience in general management or product management role, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of product development and go-to-market strategies and processes.
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Experience working with remote teams or a distributed workforce is a plus.
- Experience working in the human performance and/or sports tech market.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
