Product Manager II (Strength & Conditioning) - Remote

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the Strength & Conditioning product within our Performance category. This product plays a crucial role in helping elite sports organizations optimize training, monitor progress, and enhance athlete performance through data-driven solutions.

This role requires a strong, execution-focused product leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at collaborating across engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience driving high-impact product initiatives, working closely with engineering teams, and bringing complex products to market on ambitious timelines.

Game Plan: How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Own the Strength & Conditioning product roadmap, defining the vision, prioritizing initiatives, and delivering high-impact features for elite sports organizations.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality execution in partnership with engineering and design.
  • Translate complex customer needs into actionable product capabilities, leveraging data insights and user feedback to refine product strategy.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success) to ensure smooth execution and adoption.
  • Establish and track key product metrics, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product adoption and measurable business impact.
  • Conduct customer discovery and research, working closely with coaches, trainers, and performance staff to identify and validate key user needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, including advancements in training methodologies, wearable technology, and sports performance analytics, to inform future product direction.

Compensation Philosophy:

For this role, the salary is $156,722, with your final offer determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance. Every Teamworks teammate is an owner, with equity aligning your success with ours.
