About the role

We are seeking highly skilled professionals with former Medic experience in a combat zone . This mission involves facilitating humanitarian efforts, and ensuring stability in a dynamic environment.

What you may do

  • Support mission objectives with flexibility and adaptability in an evolving environment
  • Provide emergency medical treatment, limited primary care, and health protection and evacuation in combat and humanitarian situations
  • Protect and facilitate humanitarian efforts
  • Provide humanitarian relief – assist in delivering food and essential services to communities affected by crises
  • Collaborate with local and international partners such as NGO’s, government agencies, and community leaders
  • Operate effectively in high-threat environments alongside multinational teams

Required Qualifications

  • Former SOF Medic (one of the following):
    • 18D (Special Forces Medical Sergeant)
    • PJ (Air Force Pararescue)
    • SOCM-qualified Ranger Medic (75th Ranger Regiment or similar)
  • Minimum 5 years of military service, with at least 1 deployment in a combat zone
  • Graduate of SOCM (Special Operations Combat Medic) course
  • TCCC Certified (Tactical Combat Casualty Care – current)
  • PHTLS (Prehospital Trauma Life Support – NAEMT)
  • CLS (Combat Lifesaver) instructor experience preferred
  • NAEMT TECC (Tactical Emergency Casualty Care – preferred)
  • Experience performing:
    • Prolonged Field Care (PFC)
    • Damage Control Resuscitation (DCR)
    • En route care during CASEVAC/MEDVAC
  • Proficient in:
    • Needle decompression, cricothyrotomy, hemorrhage control
    • Blood transfusion protocols, advanced airway management
  • Proven ability to operate in austere, high-risk environments with limited access to medical evacuation (MEDEVAC), maintaining performance and mission focus under physically demanding and potentially life-threatening conditions.
  • US driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining)

Preferred (Not Required):

  • MFF, Airborne, or SERE certified
  • US Navy Corpsman, specifically “green side” with combat experience.
  • Experience supporting:
    • JSOC or Tier-1 units
    • High-threat OCONUS PSD (Protective Security Details)
  • HRP (High Risk Personnel) or Tactical Driving Course
  • Past contractor experience with SOCOM, DOS, or IC programs
  • Civilian medical license/certification (EMT-P, RN, PA, etc.)
