  • Serve as the main point of contact with hotel partners and vendors to ensure smooth coordination and clear communication throughout each trip.
  • Manage participant communications before, during, and after trips to ensure everyone is prepared and informed.

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Partner with Marketing to share our internal culture and engagement efforts externally, ensuring prospective talent sees an authentic, compelling view of who we are and strengthening our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Help craft authentic, engaging job postings that reflect who we are and what we offer as an employer.

Onboarding & Retention Support

  • Track internal engagement and visibility across departments, identifying employees who are excelling, demonstrating core values, and may be strong candidates for growth or development opportunities.
  • Attend department engagement meetings regularly to stay informed on team dynamics and offer proactive support for career development and internal mobility programs.

HR Administration & Recruiting Support

  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR systems management, audits, and documentation updates.
  • Support policy documentation, ensuring alignment with company practices and legal standards.
  • Assist the recruiter by screening candidate profiles, reaching out to applicants, managing communication throughout the hiring process, and sourcing additional candidates as needed.

You Are:

  • Experienced in building employee engagement programs that foster real connection and support long-term retention.
  • Fluent in spoken and written professional English, able to communicate clearly and confidently with a global team.
  • Skilled in planning and managing detailed events or programs with many moving pieces, balancing both logistics and the bigger purpose behind each initiative.
  • Naturally personable, engaging, and comfortable leading meetings or activities that bring energy, laughter, and connection to the team. You’re not shy about being in front of a group and creating an environment where people genuinely enjoy participating.
  • A creative thinker who takes initiative, brings forward new ideas, and confidently leads programs from concept to execution.
  • Organized, dependable, and highly attentive to detail, particularly when coordinating multiple stakeholders or complex travel logistics.
  • Comfortable working across functions, time zones, and with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong at reading engagement data, identifying trends, and collaborating with leadership to turn insights into meaningful programs and improvements.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
