Role Mission
As a Concierge Coordinator, you’ll work on arranging the details for our clients after they've booked their trip. You will assist them with booking transportation, excursions, yachts, helicopter rides, etc., and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional vacation.
Responsibilities
- Service: Assist the Concierge team by accurately and quickly servicing our client questions and arranging services for travelers (spa accommodations, restaurant reservations, travel connections, etc.)
- Vendors: Manage vendor relationships with DMCs, excursion companies, transfer companies, to generate revenue from services offered to our clients
- Team: Partner closely with our Concierge team to provide support that will allow a more dedicated & personalized approach with clients
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all bookings are accurate and submitted without error to guarantee a smooth guest experience
- Expertise: Create the most memorable and exciting experiences by becoming a destination fun specialist
Qualifications
- Written and verbal professional communication in English is a MUST.
- Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of hotel industry experience or related job preferred
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- Working knowledge of Google and reservation management systems
