The Role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist & Content Creator who doesn’t just manage social media—but lives in it. Someone who shows up on camera, creates from real experiences, and understands how to capture attention in seconds.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thinks like a creator first and a strategist second—someone who knows how to turn travel into content, and content into engagement, trust, and bookings.

You’ll shape our social presence through storytelling, personality, and first-hand content, creating moments that feel authentic, aspirational, and native to each platform.


What You’ll Own:

  • Content Creation: Be the face, voice, and creative force behind the content. Create first-hand, experience-driven content—short-form video, reels, stories, carousels—that brings destinations to life. You know how to capture moments in real time, tell a story, and make people feel like they’re already there.
  • Strategy & Growth: Lead platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our private Facebook community, while actively expanding into TikTok, X, and Reddit. Grow audiences and engagement through content that feels organic, relevant, and built for each platform—not repurposed.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social campaigns for co-op partners, blending brand objectives with authentic storytelling. You know how to integrate partners naturally into content without losing credibility or engagement.
  • Performance Insight: Track, analyze, and refine content based on performance. You understand platform behavior deeply—what stops the scroll, what drives saves, what converts—and you optimize content accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and leadership teams while owning the execution. You’re comfortable taking an idea from concept to final post, while aligning with broader brand and campaign goals.
  • Innovation & Trends: You are obsessed with social. You stay ahead of trends, formats, and cultural moments, and you’re constantly testing new ideas. You’re comfortable using tools (including AI) to enhance speed, creativity, and output.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Build a recognizable, personality-driven social presence that people actively follow
  • Consistently create high-performing, scroll-stopping content
  • Increase engagement, audience growth, and social-driven booking intent month over month
  • Execute campaigns that feel authentic while delivering measurable results
  • Bring fresh ideas, energy, and a strong creative point of view to the team

Who You Are:

  • A creator at heart with 3–5 years of experience growing a social presence (brand, personal, or both)
  • Ideally, you’ve created travel or lifestyle content first-hand—you know how to capture experiences, not just talk about them
  • Comfortable being on camera and using your personality, voice, and storytelling skills to engage an audience
  • Deeply fluent in Instagram and TikTok—you understand how each platform works at a native level
  • Hands-on with short-form video and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Creative, curious, and not afraid to experiment or take risks
  • Strong communicator with near-native English fluency (written and spoken)
  • Excited to be part of a fast-paced, high-performance team where ownership and results matter

Technical Must-Haves:

  • Expertise in creating and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and private communities
  • Strong understanding of social algorithms, trends, and content performance
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and performance tracking (UTMs, reporting, etc.)
  • Ability to move fast: turn ideas into content—and content into results
