Job Purpose 
 
As the Regional Vice President (RVP) Sales for North America, you will be at the helm of our expansion in the region. Reporting to the SVP of Global Sales, you will develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth, win new business, and strengthen our market position. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic mindset, leadership excellence, and a proven ability to drive results.
 
This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office. The ideal candidate must be willing to be in the office 2-3 days per week with the flexibility to travel both across the US and also internationally.
 
 Main Responsibilities 
  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing Account Executives, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to meet and exceed their targets.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across North America. Use your industry expertise to open doors and close deals with enterprise-level clients.
  • Customer Success: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations, positioning Unily as a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey.
  • Sales Excellence: Drive a culture of sales excellence, ensuring consistent pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and strategic account planning.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and to optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Unily at industry events, conferences, and other forums. Share insights and trends that help position Unily as a thought leader in the employee experience space.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making, optimizing sales processes, and identifying areas for improvement.
 
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Proven Track Record: 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
  • SaaS Expertise: Deep understanding of the SaaS business model with a demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Unily’s global objectives and drives growth in the North American market.
  • Customer-Centric: A deep commitment to customer success, with experience building and maintaining strong client relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on accountability and results.
