Job Purpose

As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team in the US.

This role will play a crucial part in attracting, retaining and developing the best talent to support Unily’s growth. Supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, the Talent Acquisition Partner will manage recruitment campaigns aimed at sourcing the best talent for our dynamic and growing organization. You will be the first interaction our new employees have at Unily and with our comprehensive onboarding schedule, you will empower our new joiners with the information required to succeed in their journey at Unily.  
 
This role will operate on a hybrid model from our New York City office and will join an existing Talent Acquisition Team of two based in the UK. We operate a flexible working policy consisting of 1-2 days per week in the office and the remainder from home.
 

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to empower them with the correct skills to support the attraction of new talent.
  • Leverage your network and experience to research and source new talent
  • Develop innovative ways to attract candidates
  • Establish a regular reporting cadence with hiring managers ensuring full transparency
  • Where appropriate, coordinate with external recruitment agencies, ensuring rates and terms of business are agreed
  • Manage interview scheduling for candidates and hiring managers
  • Represent and promote Unily to prospective candidates and foster an exceptional candidate experience
  • Process all applications through the ATS ensuring responses fall within agreed SLAs
  • Understand KPIs and report on hiring metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire, first year attrition, applicant attraction, candidate experience

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in developing innovative recruitment strategies
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with senior leaders
  • Ability to work within a high growth environment
  • Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - we use Rippling
  • Experience within the Tech Industry would be highly advantageous 
  • Up to date knowledge of recruitment best practice gained in an in-house setting
  • Strong customer focus and able to build relationships with people of all levels
  • Proven ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
