Job Purpose

As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee
Experience platform category, we are looking for a Global Vice President of
Professional Services to join our Executive Leadership Team.

As the Vice President of Professional Services at Unily, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our global professional services organization. You will oversee the full lifecycle of customer engagements, supporting new customer acquisition, ensuring the delivery of high-quality implementation, and collaborating with our Customer Success and support teams  to ensure smooth handoffs. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, drive operational excellence, and expand our global footprint. 
 

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy for the Professional Services (PS) organization that aligns with Unily's business objectives. 
  • Partner with sales leadership to bring PS into key presales situations to bolster prospect confidence in value realization and time to value. 
 Team Management
  • Directly manage and mentor your direct reports and the broader PS team of 50.
 Operational Excellence
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the PS organization meets or exceeds financial and operational targets.  
  • Oversee the development and implementation of efficient operational processes, tools, and systems to support scalable growth. 
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and profitability. 
 Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive unified goals. 
  • Build strategic relationships with SI and Solution partners. 
  • Based on customer feedback and market trends collaborate with product teams on the development of new product features.  
  • Represent Unily at industry events, conferences, and customer forums to promote our brand and thought leadership. 
 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a global professional services or consulting organization in the technology sector, preferably in SaaS. 
  • Strong track record of successfully managing large, diverse teams and driving operational excellence. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that achieve business objectives. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels internally and externally. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, especially to London.
