About the role
The Senior Director, Data and Evaluation will lead program evaluation and impact measurement at UWBA, overseeing data initiatives that enhance community impact. This role is responsible for developing evaluation tools and strategies for CIT programs, supporting data-driven decision-making through training, reporting, and database management.
Key responsibilities include driving organizational culture change around data and evaluation, translating complex data into actionable insights, designing a regional learning curriculum, and leading training sessions and external knowledge-sharing. The Senior Director will administer and oversee the Exponent Case Management (Salesforce) database and other CIT-related data systems. The Senior Director will supervise the Research, Data, and Evaluation team which includes the Senior Data Manager, SparkPoint Program Analyst, Community Impact Senior Program Analyst, consultants, and interns.

The pay range for this role is:
144,000 - 144,000 USD per year (San Francisco, CA)
