Job Responsibilities:

1. Office Operations
2. • Manage daily office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and mail or courier handling;
   • Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures;
   • Maintain records of company assets and office inventory;
   • Arrange and coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and organize documentation and filing.
3. HR and Administrative Support
4. • Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record management;
   • Maintain employee attendance and leave records;
   • Support the organization of company events, team-building activities, and annual parties.
5. Document and File Management
6. • Draft, print, and manage internal documents, letters, and reports;
   • Assist with contract management and file archiving.
7. Finance and Logistics Support
8. • Assist in processing reimbursement requests, managing invoices, and tracking administrative budgets;
   • Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on contracts and payments.
9. Other Duties
10. • Provide administrative support for cross-departmental projects;
    • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
