About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst – Logistics Operations to support data-driven decision making within our logistics and pickup operations. This role will focus on building data analysis frameworks, improving data collection and reporting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication ability, and a proactive approach to solving operational challenges.

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain a data analysis and statistical reporting system across logistics operations, with a focus on pickup and collection processes.
• Standardize data collection, processing, and analysis procedures to improve data accuracy and operational visibility.
• Support the digitalization and systemization of operational needs to enhance efficiency in data processing and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations teams and internal stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop data-driven solutions for specific operational segments.
• Provide data insights and analytical support to improve operational performance and decision-making.
• Assist in training front-line operations teams on data usage, reporting standards, and operational metrics.
• Respond to operational data inquiries, collect feedback, and continuously improve reporting processes.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support management and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with data visualization tools or databases is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
