Solutions Advisor

About the Role

The Solutions Advisor is a consultative seller who generates right-fit revenue by deeply understanding a prospect's business, their RevOps challenges, and how Unlimited's ecosystem of solutions can transform their results. This is not a transactional sales role.


You operate at the intersection of sales and solutions consulting. You sell and scope services across the Unlimited platform, HubSpot implementations, custom integrations, AI-powered workflows, and partner tool solutions. You work alongside BDRs who contribute to the pipeline and RevOps admins who keep the systems sharp, a collaborative setup that lets the whole team stay focused on what they do best.


You approach every conversation through a diagnostic lens: listening deeply, uncovering pain, and designing solutions that create lasting value. You win by being the most knowledgeable, most helpful person in the room, not by pitching.

What You'll Bring

You have a deep fluency in RevOps, ideally rooted in the HubSpot ecosystem, and you understand how sales, marketing, and service operations connect. You are energized by complex problems and thrive in environments where no two deals look alike.


You are comfortable scoping engagements that span HubSpot services, partner tool integrations, and custom-built solutions. You speak fluently with technical and operational stakeholders. You can bridge the gap between a prospect's pain and a specific, scoped solution, and you can articulate the value clearly.

Your Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Lead discovery and consultative sales conversations with inbound MQLs, partnership-driven co-sell opportunities, and outbound sourced leads
  • Scope and price engagements across HubSpot services, AI workflow solutions, partner tool implementations, Karana integrations, and additional products and services currently in development.
  • Build and present solution proposals that reflect a deep understanding of client challenges and goals
  • Close right-fit deals while meeting or exceeding monthly and annual quotas
  • Maintain a 25%+ close rate on qualified opportunities

Client & Partner Relationships

  • Build trusted relationships with our partners to maximize the co-sell pipeline
  • Serve as the initial relationship owner for new clients, setting the tone for a long-term partnership

RevOps & Process Mastery

  • Develop deep fluency in Unlimited’s services, methodology, and the HubSpot partner ecosystem
  • Understand current client tech stacks and identify how Unlimited’s ecosystem of tools creates compounding value
  • Use Unlimited’s CRM processes to manage the pipeline accurately, forecast reliably, and report weekly on activity and progress
  • Collaborate with BDRs on outreach strategy and qualify hand-offs efficiently
  • Partner with RevOps admins to ensure clean CRM data and efficient deal workflows

Team & Culture

  • Contribute to refining our sales process and scoping methodology
  • Support the growth path toward building and leading a Solutions Advisor team

Expected Results

  • Ramp to full quota by the 6-month mark:
  • $250,000 Closed Won revenue per month
  • $3,000,000 annual revenue quota
  • 8+ Explore Calls weekly
  • 25%+ close rate on qualified opportunities

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years in consultative B2B sales, ideally within the HubSpot ecosystem or a related RevOps/SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of RevOps concepts: CRM architecture, pipeline management, sales and marketing alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to scope and sell complex, multi-layered solutions (not just SaaS subscriptions)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (certifications a strong plus) and adjacent sales tech (telephony, SMS, field sales, integration platforms)
  • Exceptional communication skills. Clear, compelling, and calibrated to technical and executive audiences alike
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to navigate deals without a script
  • Self-directed, organized, and accountable to results
  • Appetite for continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI and HubSpot landscape

Base Salary

  • $75,000 per year

Commission Structure

  • Sourced Deals: 8% commission on deals originated directly by the Solutions Advisor
  • Assisted/Partner Deals: 5% commission on HubSpot co-sells and partner-referred deals where the Advisor manages and closes
  • 4% split commission for deals sourced through client services and assigned to you to follow-up and close.

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

  • Annual Revenue Quota: $3,000,000
  • Monthly Target: $250,000 Closed Won
  • Estimated Commission at Quota: $180,000 – $205,000
  • OTE: $255,000 – $280,000
