About the role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to architect, structure, and scale Uplinq’s growth engine.

This is not a “plug-and-play” role. You’re stepping into a fast-moving environment with ambitious goals and evolving systems. You’ll be responsible for turning that complexity into a clean, measurable, repeatable growth machine.

You’ll own the full growth funnel from first touch to booked demo with a heavy emphasis on data integrity, experimentation, and tooling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and takes pride in building order where it doesn’t yet exist.

You’ll be hands-on in HubSpot, obsessive about attribution, and relentless about testing. Your work will directly shape how Uplinq acquires customers, allocates budget, and scales revenue.

What you'll do

  1. Growth Infrastructure & Data (Core Responsibility)

You will design, implement, and maintain the systems that power growth.

  • Own HubSpot setup end-to-end:
    • Lifecycle stages, lead statuses, custom objects, properties, pipelines
    • Attribution models (first-touch, multi-touch, assisted)
    • UTM governance and enforcement across all channels
    • Lead routing, SLAs, alerts, and automation
  • Build dashboards for:
    • CPL, CPD, CPA, CAC
    • Demo quality, show rate, conversion by source
    • Pipeline and revenue attribution
  • Create clean data definitions and documentation so the system is scalable and auditable
You are the person who makes leadership finally trust the numbers.

  1. Experimentation & Optimization

You will run high-velocity testing across paid, owned, and conversion surfaces.

  • Communicate experiment outcomes and next actions clearly to design and deployment teams to ensure fast iteration and implementation for:
    • Ad creative, copy, audiences
    • Landing pages and Instant Experiences
    • Forms, qualification logic, scheduling flows
  • Own test design:
    • Hypothesis → test → readout → decision
  • Kill losing tests quickly, double down on winners
  • Maintain a testing roadmap and experiment log

  1. Funnel Ownership (Ad → Demo)

You are accountable for performance through the funnel, not just top-of-funnel metrics.

  • Partner closely with Sales to:
    • Improve demo quality
    • Reduce no-shows
    • Increase close rate from marketing-sourced demos
  • Diagnose drop-offs and friction points
  • Build pre-demo warming and qualification logic
  • Constantly improve conversion efficiency at every step
You are ultimately accountable for demo volume, demo quality, and cost efficiency across the funnel.

  1. Tooling & Automation

You will be hands-on with the tools that power growth.

  • HubSpot (core system of record)
  • Ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Analytics (GA4, event tracking, CAPI)
  • Automation tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
  • Landing page and form tools

You don’t just use tools, you architect how they work together.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5–8+ years in growth or performance marketing
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot (this is non-negotiable)
  • Extremely strong with data, funnels, and systems thinking
  • Analytical, opinionated, and direct
  • Builder mentality - you don’t wait for perfect conditions

Nice to Have

  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Experience scaling from chaos → repeatability
  • Familiarity with sales handoffs and revenue ops
