What you'll do

• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads
• Research target accounts to craft personalized messaging
• Qualify inbound leads to determine fit and readiness
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
• Rebook missed or rescheduled sales calls
• Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and text
• Make cold calls to generate interest and book appointments
• Support Account Executives by prepping leads and managing handoffs
• Hit weekly outreach and follow-up targets

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SDR or business development experience (startup or fintech experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a natural curiosity to learn about business operations
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and high-velocity sales environments
• Organized, persistent, and data-driven
• Experience using tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Bonus: Background or interest in accounting, finance, or SaaS

Base Salary $60,000 plus bonuses
