Uride is growing! If you want to come along for the ride, we have a great opportunity for you! We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant of our Corporate Accounts department.


What you'll do

  • Corporate Accounts & Promo Code Management:
    • Create and maintain corporate accounts in the system.
    • Organize and distribute promo codes, track usage.
    • Follow up on A/R, invoicing, and payment issues.
    • Book rides for corporate accounts.
  • Email & Communication:
    • Manage and respond to emails, ensuring timely follow-ups.
    • Copy admin on all corporate-related support/marketing emails.
  • Scheduling & Organization:
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Update records, databases, and documents.
  • Research & Reporting:
    • Perform online research and provide reports on relevant topics.
  • Customer Service & Support:
    • Handle basic inquiries via email/chat.
    • Assist team members with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2 years proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role assisting with B2B/B2C accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, opportunity management, and customer planning
  • Strong work ethic and an ability to adapt
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Self–motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
