About the role
By 2030, Uride will bring essential mobility – and beyond – to 1,000 cities, 10 million riders, and 100 million rides per year. To get there, we must build one of the fastest-scaling operational machines in the world.
As Head of Operations, you’ll be the architect of that machine. You’ll turn vision into repeatable execution, scaling launches from one city a month to one a day, while defending and growing our existing markets. You’ll lead the operational engine that powers international expansion, new verticals, and ultimately a multi-service super-app for underserved communities.
Your Mission (First 12–24 Months)
- Grow + Defend: 2–3x GMV in existing markets
- Derisk Growth: Validate at least one $100M/year opportunity – new market, vertical, or both
- Build the Machine: Create and enforce city/country launch playbooks that improve speed, cost, and success rates with every iteration
- Win Internationally: Launch 20+ German cities – if not more – with Canada-level unit economics and growth curves
- Operationalize the BHAG: Translate company vision into concrete annual and quarterly operating plans – with clear KPIs, ownership, budgets, and a cadence of accountability to ensure delivery
- Align Tech + Ops: Partner with product and engineering to deliver tools, systems, and automation that directly accelerate market growth and efficiency
