About the role



This individual will closely work with our Team Lead and the rest of the team to guarantee the highest level of service for both drivers and customers. This person must have strong customer service experience, have a problem-solving and service based mentality, and good communication skills. Customer Support and Dispatch is a vital component of our business. We are looking for someone to join our team who brings an ownership culture, is proactive, and is someone who enjoys continuous learning and growth.



What you'll do


  • Be an ambassador for Uride, responding to all passenger and driver inquiries in a positive and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming inquiries through our chat portal and emails
  • Receive and answer inquiry calls from both passengers and drivers via a web phone
  • Proactively address problems and come up with solutions
  • Inform drivers about the traffic/demand and send out messages to call for assistance
  • Track and update sheets required to be able to see the progress in the day-to-day operations, and provide daily reports for your shift
  • Raise concerns to manager as needed


What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with the Google Suite & Slack
  • Ring Central experience an asset
  • Teamplayer with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Problem solving skills and an ability to multitask
  • Kindness, a high EQ, and adeptness at listening, communicating with, and collaborating with other team members
  • High adaptability and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth
