About the role
We are looking for a Creative Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of our digital marketing initiatives. Uride is on a mission to make transportation more accessible, affordable, and reliable. The Creative Manager is responsible for design branded visuals, manage social media, and leverage cutting-edge tools to drive engagement and growth.
What you'll do
- Create branded assets food google, meta Tik Tok & Youtube, including creatives, posters, videos, social media content, and email templates.
- Manage Uride’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), creating engaging posts, reels, and stories.
- Use AI tools like Canva, MidJourney, and image upscalers to produce high-quality visuals efficiently.
- Develop and edit video content for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, regional ops team to plan creative strategies and campaigns.
- Oversee projects from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Experience using AI-based tools like MidJourney, DALL-E, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of image enhancement and upscaling tools (e.g., Topaz Gigapixel).
- Social Media Expertise:
- Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative Expertise:
- Proven experience in creating posters, social media content, email templates, and other marketing materials.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects, including video and AI-generated designs.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative, social media, or design-focused role.
- Exceptional visual storytelling and design skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically under tight deadlines.
- Bonus Points For:
- Experience in transportation, tech, or startup industries.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation tools.
- A knack for experimenting with new design trends and technologies.
