About the role


This role is pivotal in cultivating a seamless and effective onboarding journey for new drivers. It demands exceptional communication, sharp problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail to facilitate the process, foster a positive applicant experience, and ultimately bolster overall operational triumph.


What you'll do

  • Contact and follow-up with drivers regarding their application to confirm their qualifications
  • Review and record application documents.
  • Walk drivers through the onboarding process.
  • Drive a high conversion rate.
  • Proactively address any issues and provide solutions.
  • Track and update sheets required to be able to see the progress in the day-to-day operations
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • At least 1-year experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals 
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack
  • Positive and forward-thinking attitude; diligent and results-oriented
  • Someone who is available during work hours and can commit to their scheduled times for work
  • Someone with a hard work ethic who is reliable
