We have a substantial interest in the Round Top, Heavy Rare Earth, Lithium and Critical Minerals deposit in West Texas. Position Overview: We're seeking a motivated IT Intern to support our technology team and gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment. This internship offers practical exposure to help desk operations, system administration, and IT project work. Expected hours will be 15 – 20 hours depending on availability from the Intern. The Internship is expected to last three months, with a possible extension. This role will be onsite at our Stillwater, OK location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users through the phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Assist with computer setup, configuration, and deployment
• Help maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles
• Support system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks
• Participate in IT projects and special assignments as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Basic understanding of Windows and/or Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or similar enterprise tools (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
