DIE Program Planner (Senior)

Location: National Capital Region (NCR), Reston, VA, or any IC Government-cleared facility

Job Summary: The DIE Program Planner will provide intelligence and program management expertise to assist in integrating Defense and National intelligence support capabilities into operational planning functions across the Department of Defense. This senior role involves developing campaign plans, managing crises, and assessing military services, with a focus on ensuring that intelligence and operational needs are seamlessly aligned. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the integration of intelligence support capabilities into operational planning, focusing on alignment with defense objectives.

  • Lead the development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, and crisis management strategies.

  • Provide senior-level guidance and feasibility assessments for intelligence operations within the planning process.

  • Collaborate closely with DoD and IC partners to ensure comprehensive support for operational and intelligence missions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in intelligence planning and program management, preferably within a defense or intelligence environment.

  • Demonstrated expertise in operational planning functions and intelligence integration within the DoD.

  • Proven ability to lead complex planning efforts and manage multi-faceted intelligence operations.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees are highly preferred.

  • Must hold as TS clearance and be eligible for SCI security clearance.

Candidates must complete the Predictive Index Assessments.
