Sr. Technical Product Manager Position:

At Andromeda, we’re seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Product Manager to join our team and lead the evolution of our pre-PMF product. As an essential member of a rapidly expanding startup, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while collaborating closely with top-tier engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to bring impactful solutions to life. In this role, you’ll take charge of driving technical programs, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business objectives, and delivering solutions that are reliable, scalable, and high performing. You’ll work hand-in-hand with engineering leadership to develop technical roadmaps and ensure seamless integration across initiatives such as compliance, infrastructure scaling, product performance, and enterprise customer needs. As the Sr. Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning 0 to 1 technical and product roadmap and strategy for Andromeda
  • Owning the successful definition, cross-functional strategy, planning and execution of technical programs that deliver on the engineering objectives of velocity, scale, reliability, support and developer experience
  • Conducting demos with prospects and customers
  • Identifying and understanding our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and obsessing over building a product that can best serve their needs
  • Thoroughly understanding customer feedback and data in order to iterate and evolve product offerings, disambiguating the signal from the noise for the core product experience
  • Managing work and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across the whole company and externally (partners, customers, regulators, etc)

 

Sr. Technical Product Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, STEM degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of Product Management / Technical Product Management experience
  • Experience working in a highly technical environment:
    • Experience building or managing projects that dealt with multi-model data (text, images, and/or video)
    • Experience building or managing data-oriented applications (design & scalability, ETL/ELT, NoSQL, SQL, and/or real-time streaming applications)
    • Experience using cloud platforms (AWS) and the applications/tools offered (S3, RDS, EC2, ECS, EKS, etc.)
  • Solid experience translating a high-level roadmap into a set of discrete technical projects, with a deep understanding of what it takes to build scalable and reliable systems
  • Experience building products in a 0-1 startup environment
  • Experience overseeing and running technical product, from planning to delivery
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices
  • Experience leading multiple concurrent projects in an agile, fast-paced, frequently evolving environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

The pay range for this role is:

125,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Austin)
