Job Description:

Valle del Sol, a mission driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is searching for a Controller. As a Controller, you will oversee the company's finance & accounting functions including month-end close, WIP reporting and financial reporting. Responsible for overseeing accounting team procedures, and internal controls to ensure adherence to regulations and organization guidelines. This role will be to manage and develop the accounting team. This position partners closely with the CFO and executive leadership to support informed decision-making across the organization.

Salary: $120,000 - $125,000/ annual

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 10 years accounting experience with at least 5 years of Controller level experience.
• Manage a minimum of $140M annual revenue.
• Experience managing an accounting team of 5 or more direct reports.
• Must be detail oriented, analytical and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Construction/Solar industry experience is required with job cost / WIP reporting and analysis ability.
• Advanced computer skills.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess or obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass pre- and continued employment screenings successfully.
