Job Description:


This position will oversee day-to-day operations of the entire site in collaboration with the Corporate Director of Operations. The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that patients are seen timely, collection of patient information is correct and current, collection of patient balances, verification of eligibility for sliding fee scale and insurance coverage, monitoring and managing provider schedules and supporting staff. The Site Supervisor demonstrates and ensures that customer service, continuity of care and staff efficiency are practiced within each clinic. Works with Medical Support Team Supervisor and Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisors to ensure that there is continuity of care between all service lines that Valle del Sol offers. Works with the CDOO/COO to ensure that operational/fiscal responsibilities are met for the clinic.


Salary: $55,000 - $65,000/annual

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Experience in Medical office billing.
  • Ability to develop routine reports and correspondence.
  • Strong verbal, written, and communications skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows environment and/or Electronic Health Records Systems.
  • Ability to provide culturally sensitive services.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Must possess reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Must maintain current BLS certification.
  • TB Screening Record and PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest x-ray as applicable upon hire
  • Vaccinations/Titer’s Test/Declination Form: Flu, Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella, COVID-19
