Job Description:
This Clinical School Liaison (CSL) will create and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships with partnership school and community partner administration and staff. Clinical School Liaison’s hold monthly meetings with each partnership to discuss referral process, agency updates and “temperature check” meetings to ensure partnership is operating smoothly. Clinical School Liaison is also tasked with the maintenance and processing of clinical referrals sent to the organization through these partnerships. The Clinical School Liaison is the first Valle Del Sol contact made to ensure patients and families are connected to needed services, is tasked with the processing of new referrals sent by schools and community partnerships, and ensures patient is scheduled in a timely manner to initiate behavioral health services.

Job qualifications
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in behavioral health (B.H.) related field; or
- Clinical Intern in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree behavioral health program in good standing; or
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in non-BH related field AND 1 year of BH work experience; or
- Associate’s degree AND 2 years of BH work experience; or
- High School diploma and 4 years of experience in a BH setting (1 year must be direct patient contact). If applicant has less than four years and/or at least one year of direct care experience, Director approval will be required during hiring and credentialing process.
- Ability to provide culturally sensitive services
- Strong verbal, written, and communications skills
- Knowledge of Windows environment and/or Electronic Health Records Systems.
- Ability to provide culturally sensitive services
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must possess reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
- Must maintain current BLS certification
- Covid 19 Vaccination or Qualified Exemption (Religious or Medical).
- TB Screening Record and PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest x-ray as applicable upon hire
- Vaccinations/Titer’s Test/Declination Form: Flu, Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella
