About the role
This role is remote, or hybrid for candidates within commuting distance of one of our offices in St. George or Lehi, UT.
Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, the Web Operations Manager is the operational engine of Vasion's web team — the person who turns business requests into shipped pages and the person who keeps the team's delivery rhythm on track.
This role owns Vasion's CMS day to day: building and editing pages and landing pages using existing components and templates, and knowing when a request can be handled directly versus when it needs to be scoped and handed to a developer or designer. This role also runs the team's operating cadence — standups, sprint planning, prioritization, and retros — and is the first stop for any stakeholder across Marketing who needs something from the web team. A big part of the job is translating a business ask ("we need a new campaign page," "this section needs to change") into a clear, actionable requirement someone can actually execute against, then following it through to done. Daily partners include web developers, UX/UI designers, the Head of Search & AI Visibility, content, customer marketing, growth marketing, and regional marketing managers.
What you'll do
CMS Management & Page Execution
- Build, edit, and publish webpages and landing pages directly in the CMS, using existing components and templates, based on business requests from across Marketing and the broader business
- Own the intake process for web requests: gather requirements, ask clarifying questions, and turn an ambiguous business ask into a clear, actionable spec
- Determine the right path for each request — execute it directly when it's within scope, or scope it and hand it to the right teammate (developer, UX/UI designer, etc.) when it requires new components or dev work
- Maintain governance over templates, components, and design-system usage across the site so pages stay consistent as more people request changes
- Handle redirect management, URL governance, and the ongoing consolidation of Vasion's multi-brand web footprint
- Monitor Core Web Vitals, site speed, uptime, and overall page performance, and flag/triage issues as they come up
- Ensure pages meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 Level AA, WCAG 2.1 AA minimum), conducting basic accessibility checks and coordinating remediation with developers when issues are found
Team Operations & Delivery
- Run web team standups, sprint planning, prioritization meetings, and retros
- Build and maintain the roadmap for Vasion's web and digital properties, and own sprint health (committed-work completion, blocker resolution, cycle time)
- Serve as the first point of contact for any stakeholder engaging the web team — triage inbound requests and turn them into scoped roadmap items
- Coordinate QA, cross-browser testing, regression testing, and releases with the development team
- Support localization and multi-region site execution in partnership with content and regional marketing teams
Search & Conversion Execution
- Implement technical SEO and AEO/GEO content structuring on pages, based on strategy and priorities set by leadership
- Build, QA, and ship CRO tests defined in partnership with leadership
- Surface technical feasibility and constraints back to leadership to help shape realistic, well-informed strategy
Cross-Functional Partnership & Reporting
- Partner with the Director, Digital Marketing and the Head of Search & AI Visibility to translate strategy into an executable web roadmap
- Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Stay current on web, CMS, and delivery best practices, and bring new tools or approaches to the team
Qualifications
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web operations, digital production, web project management, or a closely related discipline

- Experience running Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros, prioritization) and owning a team's roadmap and delivery health
- Good judgment on triage — knowing what to build yourself versus what to scope and hand to a developer or designer
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, enough to scope dev requests accurately and have informed conversations with engineers
- Familiarity with technical SEO fundamentals and CRO/testing concepts at an execution level (you don't need to set the strategy, but you need to be able to implement it)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- B2B SaaS or technology industry experience
- Formal Agile/Scrum training or certification
- Experience with project/work management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Monday, or Jira

- Experience with SEO platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Moz
- Experience with heatmap and session replay tools like Hotjar or FullStory
- Light JavaScript ability
- Experience supporting localized and multi-region website properties
