As a Kitting Coordinator in our Operations function within the Spine division, you’ll play a vital hands-on role in assembling, inspecting, and maintaining surgical kits (loaner and consignment sets) — ensuring every kit is complete, clean, and ready for use so surgeons can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify loaner and consignment surgical kits for completeness and condition
  • Assemble, break down, and rebuild surgical kits according to defined standards and procedures
  • Ensure all kits are accurate, fully stocked, and ready for shipment or use
  • Operate washer/disinfector and related equipment to clean and maintain kits in compliance with quality and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of kits and individual components
  • Assist in managing inventory of kit components and supplies
  • Identify missing, damaged, or expired components and escalate issues as needed
  • Follow internal quality procedures and compliance standards at all times
  • Support warehouse activities such as picking, packing, and shipping when required
  • Collaborate with Distribution and Customer Service teams to ensure timely kit availability

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience required — comprehensive training will be provided
  • Experience in assembly, warehouse, healthcare, or regulated environments is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes consistently
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance with potential for overtime and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and local market conditions in Burlington, Ontario.
