As a Distribution Coordinator in our Operations function within the Spine division, you’ll play a critical role in warehouse operations — ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, receiving, and shipping of medical devices and surgical kits so surgeons have the right products exactly when they need them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods from suppliers and customers, ensuring proper documentation and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
  • Organize and maintain warehouse space for maximum efficiency and safety
  • Process returns, restock items, and complete all required documentation
  • Support kitting activities including kit preparation and breakdown when required
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Assist with shipping coordination and logistics documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
  • Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and safety protocols
  • Monitor and replenish warehouse supplies as needed

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments
  • Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated environments is an asset
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance with potential for overtime and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and local market conditions in Burlington, Ontario.
