Field Operations Technician II

As a Field Operations Technician II, you will work hands-on with surgical equipment while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment across your region.

What You’ll Do:

• Review incoming surgical set requests to determine local sourcing availability within the regional branch territory
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Commercial Operations to escalate orders when required
• Perform inventory management, replenishment, and inspection of incoming surgical sets to ensure readiness for redistribution
• Execute inventory transactions in JD Edwards (JDE) to maintain accurate planning and traceability
• Coordinate shipping activities with courier and transportation partners
• Maintain efficient workflow for both incoming and outgoing surgical sets
• Provide on-call support during nights and weekends as required
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, training requirements, and company policies
• Under management guidance, support adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards
• Fulfill daily orders while meeting established quality and performance KPIs
• Assist with cycle count inventory activities across hospitals and office locations within the territory

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of related operations, logistics, or field support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in the medical device industry and hospital environment preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service mindset with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and provide on-call support as needed
